Here are the current classes we have at Lift Fitness:
Group Class- Julia- Saturday Afternoons at 12:30pm
Each group class starts with a warmup, then various circuit training stations of cardio and strength exercises, finished with a lovely cool down and stretch. Every week is different than the one before.
We always give different variations of each exercise, to make sure that ALL fitness levels, ages, and abilities are welcome! We're all on the same team here.

Our gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The facility is not open to the public, but you can train whenever you have a session with one of our amazing trainers who have 24/7 access.
